Jimmy Ma will represent Team USA at 2021 Guaranteed Rate Skate America, U.S. Figure Skating announced Monday. Ma, who recently earned the silver medal at the 2021 U.S. International Figure Skating Classic, will replace Yaroslav Paniot, who has withdrawn from the event.
 

Twenty-five athletes traveled to two competitions in Europe this weekend, where athletes earned six medals and several punched their ticket to the Junior Grand Prix Final.

Closing in on the final stretch of the 2021 International Skating Union (ISU) Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating (JGP) Series, Team USA traveled to Gdansk, Poland, adding a silver medal to their JGP total while barley missing the podium for several more.

Twelve U.S. athletes head to the sixth event of the 2021 International Skating Union (ISU) Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating (JGP) Series this week in Gdansk, Poland. Since 2001, this event has been held in Poland every two years, alternating between the cities of Torun and Gdansk. This year will mark the third-consecutive time that Gdansk has hosted the competition.

Team USA collected five medals across international events this weekend at the 2021 Nebelhorn Trophy and the Junior Grand Prix Slovenia. Team USA's Vincent Zhou and Alysa Liu confirmed the U.S. a third entry in the men's and women's events at the upcoming Olympic Winter Games. 

With her gold-medal finish at 2021 Nebelhorn Trophy, Alysa Liu secured a third entry in the women’s competition for the United States at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. Nebelhorn Trophy, held September 21-25 in Oberstdorf, Germany, is the final qualifying competition for the Olympic Winter Games.
