A Compete USA competition for synchronized teams and individual athletes will be offered in conjunction with the 2024 Pacific Coast Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships for the first time! Join us with all of your teams in Irvine, California on Saturday, Jan. 20! Events offered will include:
- Aspire 1 - 4 synchronized free skate
- Aspire 1 - 4 singles free skate
- Snowplow Sam - Basic 6 program with music
Teams participating in the Compete USA Classic are welcome to book housing via the Housing Process & Policy outlined above.

2024 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships
Join us in Las Vegas, Nevada for the 2024 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships where teams from all across the country will be competing for titles in nine divisions: senior, senior elite 12, junior, collegiate, juvenile, intermediate, novice, adult and masters. Be there to witness the final U.S. qualifier for the 2024 World Championships and 2024 World Junior Championships. The two junior teams selected to Team USA will be named following the junior free skate on Thursday, Feb. 22 while the two senior teams will be named after the senior free skate on Saturday, Feb. 24.

All-event tickets, which include access to all practice and competition segments, can be purchased for $154, and single-day tickets are available for $57 per day. Discounted tickets are available for military, senior citizens and children ages 12 and younger. Children ages 5 and younger receive free admission.

All teams are required to book housing through U.S. Figure Skating for this competition. All teams will be staying at the Orleans Hotel and Casino. A link to the hotel booking process and policy is linked below.

Team Requirements
No additional registration steps are necessary, your entry will be advanced by U.S. Figure Skating on Monday, Jan. 29. Your team will receive notification of advancement no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on that date.
Mandatory Team Form for UPI preferences, program photo purchase/upload, and other details will open on Monday, Jan. 29 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Deadline: Friday, Feb. 2 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
All teams must have at least one representative present on the Know Before You Go Call on Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 8:00 p.m. ET. Register in advance here.
Practice Ice
Unofficial Practice Ice (UPI) sales will open at 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, Jan. 29 via EMS. The deadline for purchasing UPI credits in EMS and submitting scheduling preferences on the Mandatory Team Form (click here) is Friday, Feb. 2 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
UPI is available Tuesday morning - Saturday morning of the competition week. Segments are $125 for 10-minutes.

Events And Eligibility
This competition will be conducted in two portions: the 2023 U.S. Collegiate Championships, a U.S. Figure Skating qualifying competition, and the 2023 U.S. Collegiate Invitational, a nonqualifying competition. Participation requirements - including academic eligibility and events offered - are outlined below and listed in the competition announcement.
U.S. COLLEGIATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
With modifications to the program requirements, the following events will be offered at the U.S. Collegiate Championships:
- Junior Women & Men Combined
- Senior Women & Men Combined
To participate in this portion of the competition, skaters must meet the following requirements (see the announcement for full eligibility requirement details):
- Have a current U.S. Figure Skating membership.
- Meet the eligibility requirements under Rule 2211.
- Skaters may enter an event at their test level or one level above, HOWEVER, test requirements must be met as of the competition start date.
- Meet citizen and residency requirements stated in Rules 2230 - 2242.
- Be an undergraduate or degree seeking student at an accredited domestic college or university defined below and able to provide written verification of student status via Form A by July 1 (Rule 2213)
- A full-time student as defined by your college/university in the upcoming Fall semester/quarter in the year of the Championships.
- A student recently admitted to a full-time college or university degree program for the upcoming fall semester.
- Graduated from your degree program between Mar. 1 and Jul. 31 of the year of the Championships.
U.S. COLLEGIATE INVITATIONAL
With some modifications to program and age eligibility requirements, the following events will be offered at the U.S. Collegiate Invitational:
- Short Program (IJS) - juvenile, intermediate, novice
- Excel Free Skate (6.0) - high beginner, pre-preliminary, preliminary, preliminary plus
- Excel Free Skate (IJS) - pre-juvenile, juvenile, intermediate, novice, junior, senior
- Solo Pattern Dance - preliminary, pre-bronze, bronze, pre-silver, silver, pre-gold, gold, international
- Solo Free Dance - juvenile, intermediate, novice, junior, senior

Both Step 1 and Step 2 must be completed by their respective deadline for your entry to be considered complete. No late entries will be accepted.
STEP 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION VIA EMS (DEADLINE: JUNE 15, 2023 AT 11:59PM ET)
Online registration is the ONLY method for entry into the U.S. Collegiate Championships & Invitational.
- Go to www.usfsaonline.org
- Enter you U.S. Figure Skating member number and password.
- Click the blue EMS button.
- Click "Competition Registration"
- Go to the "Qualifying" tab.
- Click "Register Now" under the 2023 U.S. Collegiate Championships & Invitational.
- Complete all steps as prompted on screen.
- If you have any questions during the registration process, email ProductSupport@usfigureskating.org.
STEP 2: FORM A - PROOF OF ENROLLMENT/STUDENT STATUS (DEADLINE: JULY 1, 2023 AT 11:59PM ET)
In addition to online event registration, participants must prove their academic eligibility. Competitors attending the U.S. Collegiate Championships are subject to Rule 2213 and those attending the U.S. Collegiate Invitational are subject to the parameters outlined in the event announcement.

- Complete the top half of this form with your personal information.
- Provide proof of student status either with an attachment or by having the bottom half of the form signed by your college registrar. Accepted forms of student status verification are outlined in the bottom half of this form.
- Return the form and any attachments via email to events@usfigureskating.org.
Step 3: Submitt Music & PPC (Deadline: July 26, 2023 at 11:59pm ET)
Online submission of music & planned program content (PPC) is the only method of submission for this event. These items must be submitted by the deadline indicated above.
