Eighteen Americans will compete at the 2018 ISU Four Continents Championships in Taipei City, Taipei this weekend.

Seven teams will represent the United States in two international synchronized skating competitions this week.

U.S. Figure Skating announced today the selection of Evan Bates as team captain of the U.S. Olympic Figure Skating Team at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018.

The United States won four medals at the 2018 Four Continents Championships this week in Taipei City, Taipei, including winning gold in the pairs and ice dance events.

The United States had another successful week on the international synchronized skating circuit, winning four total medals at two different competition.

Thirteen junior and novice athletes will compete at Bavarian Open and Mentor Torun Cup this week.

The international synchronized skating season continues this week with the 2018 French Cup. Four teams will represent the United States at both the senior and junior levels in Rouen, France, from Feb. 2-4.

Fourteen U.S. athletes will compete at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018, Feb. 9-25. Figure skating competition begins Friday, Feb. 9. with the Olympic Figure Skating Team Event.

U.S. Figure Skating announced Saturday who will compete for the United States in the short dance and ladies short program in the figure skating team event at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018.

As the international synchronized skating season continues, three teams will represent the United States at Trophy D’Ecosse in Drumfries, Scotland, from February 9-11.
