In Salzburg, Austria, the 2018 Mozart Cup is set for Jan. 25-28, while Leon Lurje Trophy will take place from Jan. 26-28 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
At Mozart Cup, the Skyliners look to follow up on their win at Cup of Berlin earlier this month and Adrian College will make their international season debut. Wisconsin-based Fond du Lac Blades will compete in the junior division.
Fresh off a bronze medal at Neuchatel Trophy last week, the Haydenettes will take the ice this weekend at Leon Lurje Trophy. They will be joined in the senior competition by Ohio’s Miami University. Two teams will compete on behalf of Team USA in the junior field. The Lexettes and Chicago Jazz will both make their international season debuts in Sweden.
