Naumov Finishes Fifth in Men’s Competition

The ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2020 continued on Friday in Tallinn, Estonia. Maxim Naumov was the top Team USA finisher in the men’s competition in fifth place. Alysa Liu headlined the U.S. ladies and sits in the fourth spot after the short program.

Nguyen and Kolesnik Place Third in Rhythm Dance

Ice dancers Avonley Nguyen and Vadym Kolesnik placed third in the rhythm dance on the second day of competition at the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2020 in Tallinn, Estonia. Additionally, Kate Finster and Balazs Nagy were the top U.S. finishers in the pairs competition, placing sixth overall.

Competition at the 2020 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships concluded in Providence, Rhode Island, with the announcement of the selections to the 2020 U.S. World Synchronized Skating Team. The ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships 2020 will be hosted in Lake Placid, New York, at Herb Brooks Arena on April 3-4.

Team USA Earns Two Medals in Milan

The Americans picked up two medals this week at Spring Cup in Milan, Italy. In the junior division, Teams Elite earned the silver medal while the Lexettes took home the bronze medal.

Team USA will send four teams to compete at Spring Cup 2020 in Milan, Italy. The event is scheduled for Feb. 14 – 16 and is the fourth and final event in the debut season of the Challenger Series Synchronized Skating.
