Competition
The 2022 U.S. Adult Figure Skating Championships will be held April 6-9, 2022. The championships are sanctioned by U.S. Figure Skating and hosted by the University of Delaware Figure Skating Club.

Event COVID-19 Policy - Subject to Change
There are currectly no testing or vaccination requirements. As of March 15, 2022, and consistent with updated CDC guidance on mask use, face coverings are no longer required to be worn indoors at U.S. Figure Skating-sanctioned events or activity if your community levels are Low or Medium. We do encourage masks to be worn indoors if your community is in the High category based on the CDC Community Levels by County Map.

The Sports Complex has two rinks. One Olympic surface: 200’ x 100’ with rounded corners and one NHL surface: 200’ x 85’ with rounded corners. The Fred Rust Arena has 4 locker rooms and the Gold Arena has 2 locker rooms, which may be used as dressing rooms. Parking is free and plentiful. There are several Hotels within 0-4 miles from the rink. There are also several eating establishments within driving distance. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the nearest airport (Approximately 40 minutes north). Baltimore/Washington International Airpot (BWI) is slightly further (Approximately 1 hour south).

Rooms are limited at the official hotels but there are several additional hotels within a few miles of the facility.
Practice Ice
Unofficial Practice will be available in the competition rinks beginning Tuesday April 5, 2022. All sessions will be 20 minutes in length with a maximum number of 15 skaters per session for freestyle/solo dance and a maximum number of 6 teams per session for partnered dance/pair. Pre-purchase price is $20 per freestyle/solo dance session and $40 per partnered dance/pair session. Additional sessions may be available at the competition for $25 (freestyle/solo dance) and $50 (partnered dance/pair).
Ticket Information
Tickets can only be purchased online here. All event tickets Purchased by February 1, 2022 will be $55.00. After February 1, all event tickets will be $65.00- and single-day tickets will be $20.00. Tickets are required to enter the facility for each day of competition.
Volunteer
You can volunteer at the competition by requesting a spot here. Or logging into members only, going to EMS and selecting "Volunteer Opportunities". Once your request is approved you will be able to select shifts.

2022 Midwestern Adult Sectional Figure Skating Championships
Participant Information
Competition
The 2022 Midwestern Adult Sectional Figure Skating Championships consist of the following qualifying championship events: championship masters junior-senior free skate, championship masters intermediate-novice free skate, championship adult gold free skate, championship adult silver free skate, championship masters pairs, and championship adult partnered dance.
All other events are offered as a part of the 2022 Eastern Adult Sectional Championships and are considered nonqualifying and offered at the discretion of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC). Competitors will register through EMS for these nonqualifying events.

ImOn Ice is a multi-purpose sports and recreation venue with two sheets of ice, one Olympic regulation 200’ x 100’ and one 200’ x 85’. The facility has full-service concessions, which will be open to the public. No outside food or beverage for spectators will be permitted.

The Eastern Iowa Airport is approximately 15-minute drive to the ImOn Ice Arena.
Practice Ice
All practice ice will be available for purchase online. Sessions may be purchased during registration with additional sessions available for sale prior to the competition. Pricing for practice ice options include $25 with registration, $28 after registration closed through EMS, and $30 on-site if available. Limit two practice sessions per event. Practice ice sessions are 20 minutes.
Ticket Information
Daily admission passes will be available for purchase for $15/day at the venue. All event pass will be available for $40.

Housing
U.S. Figure Skating will be managing all housing directly via a request and place process. Teams may NOT contact hotels directly, they will only redirect you to U.S. Figure Skaitng. Teams will be required to stay within the hotel block provided; any teams who do not stay in the event room blocks will be subject to penalties.
