Eight U.S. athletes will compete as a team at the ISU World Team Trophy 2021, April 15-18 in Osaka, Japan. The event features the six best figure skating teams of the 2020-21 season, which includes Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Russia and the United States.

U.S. Figure Skating announced the two additional recipients of the Mabel Fairbanks Skatingly Yours Fund in the Up and Coming, and Developmental categories. Established in January 2021, the fund will support the training and development of promising figure skaters who are Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC). The two recipients join Starr Andrews in the inaugural class of 2020-21. Andrews received the Elite award in January.

The United States earned the silver medal at ISU World Team Trophy 2021 in Osaka, Japan, marking their seventh consecutive medal at the event. The pairs and ladies earned 27 points to total 110 overall. Russia won gold with 125 points and Japan captured the bronze with 107.
