With a renewed joy for figure skating, Alysa Liu has announced her return to the sport.

The 2023 Junior Grand Prix Final champions soared to the top of the rhythm dance standings Friday at the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2024 in Taipei City, Taiwan, taking a lead of more than four points.

Olivia Flores and Luke Wang and Naomi Williams and Lachlan Lewer earned silver and bronze, respectively, in the pairs competition at the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships 2024 in Taipei City, Taiwan.

Pedersen and Chen only teamed up in April 2023, but less than a year later they will be competing at the ISU World Junior Figure Skating Championships with the goal of bringing home a medal.
