Registration
Registration for this event can be completed in EMS. Go to Competition Registration - Teams, then go to the Qualifying tab. Only the Sectional Championship your team is eligible for will appear. In order to register, your team must 1) renew their membership for the season, 2) have a roster that meets the minimum requirements for your teams level, and 3) complete payment. No late registrations will be accepted. For more information about registration and requirements, review the competition announcement (coming soon).
Opens: Aug. 15, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET
Closes: Oct. 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Addtional key dates for teams below:
- Dec. 1 - Roster Change Deadline in EMS
- Dec. 31 - Roster Substitution Deadline
- Dec. 31 - requested deadline for team personnel changes in EMS
- Jan. 14 - Music/PPC deadline
Housing Information
Teams will be required to book housing through the process provided by the organizing committee. Details will be provided soon. Any teams found to have booked hotels outside of the provided process will be subject to a penalty.

Practice ice sales will take place after the close of entries on Oct. 1. Information will be emailed to all registered teams once available.

Housing Information
Hotels will be available for booking for the 2026 Midwestern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships beginning Friday, August 15 at 12:00 p.m. ET. All teams are required to book hotels through the process provided. Any team found to have booked rooms outside of the provided hotel block will be assessed a $1,000 penalty to be paid prior to checking in to the competition. The cutoff date for booking hotels is Dec. 24, 2025.

Housing Information
The 2026 Eastern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships will be using a "request and place" process for team hotel bookings. This means each team or organization will complete a form with information about your housing needs, such as number and type of rooms, as well as a ranking of your preferred hotels. We will then use your information to place you at one of our contracted hotels with our preferred rates.
The Skating Club of Boston will be managing all housing directly through the LOC. The primary contact for housing at this event will be Dede Wilson at dede.wilson@scboston.org. Do not contact any hotels directly. Housing blocks have been reserved with special rates for each competition and hotels have been instructed not to accept bookings from anyone other than the LOC contact. There will be a $1,000 penalty, per team, for any team that does not follow this housing selection process.
A detailed housing process and policy will be shared with all teams in the fall.
