Registration
Registration for this event can be completed in EMS. Go to Competition Registration - Teams, then go to the Qualifying tab. Only the Sectional Championship your team is eligible for will appear. In order to register, your team must 1) renew their membership for the season, 2) have a roster that meets the minimum requirements for your teams level, and 3) complete payment. No late registrations will be accepted. For more information about registration and requirements, review the competition announcement (coming soon).
Opens: Aug. 15, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. ET
Closes: Oct. 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Housing Information
Hotels will be available for booking for the 2026 Midwestern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships beginning Friday, August 15 at 12:00 p.m. ET. All teams are required to book hotels through the process provided. Any team found to have booked rooms outside of the provided hotel block will be assessed a $1,000 penalty to be paid prior to checking in to the competition. The cutoff date for booking hotels is Dec. 24, 2025.

Streaming
Junior, senior, and collegiate events (if held, pending entries) will be streamed to Peacock with subscription. All other events will be streamed for free to the U.S. Figure Skating YouTube channel.
