The Haydenettes, which recently earned their 29th U.S. title, look to return to the World podium for the first time since 2016. The Boston-based squad has earned five World bronze medals and has been part of every World Team since the inaugural 2000 World Synchronized Championships in Minneapolis. The Haydenettes will be making their season international debut in Hamilton.

Miami University will make their 13th World Synchronized Championships appearance in Ontario and first since 2016. The Redhawks earned the silver medal at the 2022 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships, marking their best finish since 2016. This year is also the 15th anniversary of Miami University's historic World silver medal in 2007, the first-ever for the United States at the event.
