Information for the 2019 Excel Series is now available in the Resources Box!

This is the inaugural year of the program and is open to individual skaters within the Eastern, Midwestern and Pacific Coast Sections. Skaters will compete to qualify for the National Festival to be held June 7-9, 2019, at the Panthers Ice Den in Coral Springs, Florida. Information on how registration, qualification, and competition in the Series can be found in the Series Handbook. Please contact with any questions!

Excel Series standings will be updated by close of business on the following dates: 3/22, 3/29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 5/3 and 5/14. If there is an error in standings, please contact us at  

2019 Excel National Festival Information

Registration is now open for the Excel National Festival! Click HERE to access registration! Note that skaters must first sign in to Members Only using their U.S Figure Skating/Learn to Skate USA number and password and will then be redirected to the competition registration page. The 2019 National Festival Announcement is available in the Resources Box at the top of the page. 
Skaters registered for the Excel Series at the beginner through juvenile levels, which do not require qualification to the Final, may register from March 18-May 4.  
Skaters at the Plus and intermediate through senior levels who place in the top 6 of their section and qualify for the National Festival will receive email instructions on how to register after the Excel Series has ended.

Compete USA and Excel Open competitors are welcome to participate in the Festival Experience at the 2019 Excel National Festival! Join us for a meet-and-greet with Team USA athletes, team building activities, social events, off-ice movement class and more! Cost is $40 per skater, and skaters must register separately using these links:

The deadline to register is May 4. After May 4, skaters may register (pending space availability) for $50.

What is the National Festival?

The National Festival is made up of three parts:

1. An invitation only Series Final for skaters in the Excel Series at the Preliminary Plus, Pre-Juvenile Plus, Juvenile Plus, Intermediate, Novice, Junior & Senior levels;

2. An open invitation Series Final for skaters in the Excel Series at the Beginner, High Beginner, Pre-Preliminary, Preliminary, Pre-Juvenile & Juvenile levels;

3. An open invitation Compete USA competition for any Learn to Skate USA member.

The inaugural National Festival will be held June 7 - 9, 2019, at the Panthers Ice Den in Coral Springs, Florida, and will an include an Excel Series Finalist camp, off-ice team building, and social activities for all participants.
