The Skyliners, who won their fourth career junior U.S. title in February, look to step on the podium at the event for the first time after finishing fourth the last two years. Out of the Skating Club of New York, the team hopes to continue their international success this season. They repeated as Cup of Berlin champions and won the silver medal at the French Cup.
The Lexettes, who will be skating as Team USA 2, finished seventh at last year’s World Junior Championships. After winning their second consecutive U.S. junior silver medal, the Massachusetts-based team looks to carry the momentum of their podium finishes this international season. They won silver at Leon Lurje Trophy and bronze at the French Cup.
