TEAM USA HEADED TO 2018 ISU WORLD SYNCHRONIZED SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS

Two teams will represent the United States at the 2018 ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships.

Competition will commence with the short program on Friday, April 6, and conclude with the free skate on Saturday, April 7, in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Haydenettes, who won their 26th U.S. title earlier this year, are making their 19th consecutive event appearance. They have competed at every World Synchronized Skating Championship since its inaugural event in 2000. The Massachusetts-based team looks to improve upon their fourth-place finish last year and return to the podium, having won bronze in 2010-13 and 2016.

The Skyliners are set to make their World debut this week. The reigning U.S. silver medalists are headed to the event following their most successful international season yet with a gold at Cup of Berlin and silver at Mozart Cup.
