The event, which returned to San Jose for the first time since 2012, attracted 107,318 attendees. The junior-level free skates, the championship-level events and the Smucker’s Skating Spectacular, held Jan. 2-7 at SAP Center, were highlighted by a crowd of 10,321 who watched a memorable ladies free skate event on Friday, Jan. 5. In addition, 9,531 were in attendance to witness Nathan Chen win his second straight U.S. title on Saturday, Jan. 6.
