In the lead up to 2021 Guaranteed Rate Skate America, U.S. Figure Skating has launched the 2021 Guaranteed Rate Skate America Virtual Fan Experience. Last year, the virtual fan experience site provided an opportunity for fans to feel connected at skating events when fans were not permitted to attend due to the pandemic and had to tune in from home. Now that Skate America® is back and in-person, the site will not only offer viewers and fans at home the chance to participate but will also have key information for event-goers.
This fan experience will be available on the U.S. Figure Skating Fan Zone starting Monday, Oct. 18. It will include everything you need to enjoy Skate America® including event and broadcast schedules, Ice Desk coverage, the event program, starting orders and results, a giveaway to win future event tickets sponsored by Toyota and more.
New to the page for this event is our “On-Site Experiences” section, which provides tips and resources for those attending Skate America® at The Orleans Arena. It also highlights the new U.S. Figure Skating Fan Experience, previously known as the U.S. Figure Skating Information Booth. Another addition to the site is “Stories Worth Talking About” sponsored by Consumer Cellular where fans can find all news and feature stories relevant to Skate America®. Want to see the best moments of each competition day? Check out the “Memorable Moments” section sponsored by Prevagen that will populate action-packed photos once the event begins.
