2023 Virtual Test Judges Promotional School for International Dance Test Certification

Candidates are required to attend the entire day to test for the international dance certification.

PROMOTIONAL SCHOOL OFFERS
Intensive training on the international pattern dance tests Saturday morning, followed by testing for the international dance test judge certification on Saturday afternoon. Once accepted, candidates will be provided with advanced study assignments which must be completed prior to the school.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be eligible to attend, you must:
- Be a current member in good standing of U.S. Figure Skating (Learn to Skate USA membership does not fulfill the membership requirement) and meet all compliance requirements;
- Be a gold dance test judge;
- Have judged dance tests at three or more test sessions (virtual or in-person) since Jan. 1, 2022;
- Have completed the 2022-23 Judges Rules Review for Ice Dance
- Have no open ethics complaints or violations against you; and
- Agree to complete all advanced study assignments prior to the school.
HOW DO I EARN THE CERTIFICATION TO JUDGE INTERNATIONAL DANCE TESTS THROUGH THIS PROMOTIONAL SCHOOL?
- Attendees must pass the practical exam on Saturday to earn their certification to judge international dance tests

Applications will only be accepted through this online form. Payment is not required with the application but will be requested after the deadline from those who are accepted.
The deadline to apply is Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023
Acceptance will not be confirmed until the deadline has passed. All applicants will be notified of acceptance no later than the end of the day on Monday, Jan. 9, 2023.
