The two-time ice dance World champions' placement extended Team USA's streak of medaling at every Four Continents since the event's inception in 1999.

Skating to "Take Five" by Dave Brubeck and "Take Five" by Juju, Chock and Bates won the free dance portion of the event with 131.72 points. Their performance earned Level 4 marks on five elements: their three lifts, synchronized twizzles and dance spin. In total, they received 217.93 points.

Christina Carreira and Anthony Ponomarenko finished just off the podium in fourth place with a two-day total score of 197.08. The highlights of their program set to music from Carmen Suite by Schedrin included a serpentine step sequence that was awarded 10.82 points and their Level 4 synchronized twizzles worth 9.02 points, contributing to a free dance score of 117.78.

Emilea Zingas and Vadym Kolesnik, hailing from Novi, Michigan, placed fifth with an overall score of 188.55.

Competing at Four Continents for the second consecutive year, their free dance to "Epilogue" by Olafur Arnalds and "Lost It to Trying" by Son Lux received Level 4 distinctions for all three lifts and their dance spin for a segment score of 113.92.

In the men's event, Ma's bronze medal marked the first medal won by a U.S. man at Four Continents since Jason Brown cliched silver in 2020.

Ma's skate to music from La Terre vue du ciel opened with his two highest scoring elements — a quadruple toe loop-triple toe loop worth 15.60 points followed by a quadruple toe loop that contributed 12.08 points to a free skate score of 162.49 and overall score of 245.01.

Moving up in the rankings from 16th after the short program to eighth overall, Camden Pulkinen earned his highest-ever finish at Four Continents, tallying 151.46 points for his free skate and 217.25 points overall.

Tomoki Hiwatashi also moved up six spots in the rankings on day three to finish ninth overall with a free skate score of 148.91 and 214.79 points in total.
