Event Information
Any withdrawals must be written in email (events@usfigureskating.org) by the skater or parent/guardian for it to be finalized. Coaches are not permitted to submit withdrawal requests.
There are no refunds on entry fees and practice ice fees once you are withdrawn from competition. Medical withdrawals are included in the no refund policy.
Practice Ice
The pre-purchase window is open from October 8th at 10AM ET – October 19th at 11:59PM ET. During the pre-purchase window skaters can purchase up to 5 UPI sessions total. On Monday October 20th, the practice ice selection window will open for skaters to choose their UPI sessions. This window will remain open until Friday October 31st. On Saturday November 1st, the remainder of the practice ice sessions will be made available if skaters wish to purchase additional ice they can do so at that time.
UPI will be offered beginning Sunday November 16th and will be offered throughout each day of the competition. More details to follow once the schedule is finalized.
Ticket Sales & Chaperone Passes
This year there will be NO complimentary chaperone passes available at any of the Sectional Finals. Every person who enters the building for the event must purchase a ticket. You can pre-order your all event pass through Go Fan or purchase at the door. All event passes are $45, $35 for Seniors (60+) and $30 for Children (ages 6-12). Day passes are $15, $10 for Seniors (60+) and $10 for Children (ages 6-12). We will have the Go Fan ticket link on the event website and will send out a link to participants once we receive it.
Program Order
The pre purchase program order form is due by Monday October 20th at 11:59 PM ET. It is highly suggested that programs be pre-purchased if you would like a hard copy as we will have a limited number on-site. Complimentary digital copies will be made available to all skaters. You must complete the program form and submit a photo of your skater via the form link here if you would like to be included in the program. Please find the form link here.
