Event Information
The Carolina Ice Palace will be closed to outside and public programming during the week of Sectionals. Only credentialed athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, and ticketed spectators will be admitted.
We encourage you to plan ahead and purchase your tickets in advance to ensure smooth entry and to enjoy all the excitement of the 2026 Eastern Sectional Singles Final!
Any withdrawals must be written in email (events@usfigureskating.org) by the skater or parent/guardian for it to be finalized. Coaches are not permitted to submit withdrawal requests.
There are no refunds on entry fees and practice ice fees once you are withdrawn from competition. Medical withdrawals are included in the no refund policy.

- Chaperones: One discounted all-event chaperone pass will be available for each skater. Access to purchase will be sent directly through EMS.
Competitor Party
Sectional competitors and FSCC members are invited to unwind at an off-ice celebration featuring music, games, food, and glowing fun. The party will be held at the Carolina Ice Palace on Thursday, November 13 from 7pm-10pm.
Presale tickets are $20 (click here to purchase); on-site tickets are $25.

Practice Ice
- Practice ice will be available for pre-purchase in EMS and also on-site. Bookmark these dates:
- Practice ice pre-purchase: Wednesday, October 8 through Sunday, October 12
- Pre-Purchase session selection: Tuesday, October 14 through Thursday, October 16
- Practice ice open sales: Friday, October 17 through the end of competition
- Please try to book all anticipated practice ice needs by Sunday, October 19 to aid in our planning efforts. Royal Rink (practice rink) sessions with 0 skaters may be cancelled.
- Note: If the skater withdraws for any reason, practice ice pre-purchases are forfeited. No refunds will be allowed. All practice ice sessions are "first come, first served," but the LOC reserves the right to reallocate sessions as needed.
- Host Facility Freestyle sessions for Monday, November 10th only - purchase here

- Note on Practice Ice Policy: Beginning Tuesday, November 11, all competitors are required to practice only on unofficial practice ice.
- Skaters are prohibited from using rink freestyle sessions after Monday, November 10.
- Freestyle sessions scheduled Tuesday and beyond are reserved exclusively for local skaters not participating in Sectionals.
- Any competitor found in violation of this policy will be removed from the ice immediately, with no refund issued.
