U.S. Figure Skating Fantasy Challenge

The new season is just around the corner and it's going to be better than ever!

Are you ready to see how your skating knowledge stacks up against people from around the World?

The Fantasy Skating Challenge, which will include the 2015 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series, the 2015 Four Continents Championships and the 2015 World Figure Skating Championships will begin with Skate America on Oct. 23.

The concept is simple. You are the team manager for a fictional collection of the top eligible figure skaters in the World today. The success of your fantasy team against other teams in the contest is based on the individual performances of your team members in upcoming, real-life competitions.

Each week, your team will consist of three men, three ladies, two or three pairs and three dance teams that you will select from the Fantasy Challenge competitors list. The skaters have been placed into three pools - A, B and C - by the commissioner of the Fantasy Challenge. The icenetwork.com World Skater Rankings will be used as a guideline for pool placement. The pool system is important in determining the mix of competitors you will be allowed to have on your team. It's easy to create a team (Register below!) and it's FREE.

Each weekly winner will recieve as prize as will the overall season winner.

Fantasy skating has proven to be an extremely popular game that combines all the excitement of the competitive figure skating season with the individual obsession and passion of fantasy sports management. For a more detailed description of the Fantasy Challenge, log in to your account and click the "Rules and Instructions" link.

Please remember that lineups change frequently, so it is important to check your team before the start of each competition to make sure all your skaters are still scheduled to compete. If a skater on your team withdraws from an event, you will not receive any points for that selection.

Thanks for playing and good luck!
