2004 Governing Council Continues in San Diego

(5/7/04) - The 2004 Governing Council continues Friday in San Diego, Calif., with the annual meeting of delegates. Thursday was a day of seminars for the delegates in attendance at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina.

The popular Judges' Education School begin at 8 a.m. and included a presentation by Radio City Rockettes choreographer Marianne Selbert on "The Second Mark."

Other seminars included Competitions, Club Marketing, Coaching Relations, Strategic Planning, Parents Education, Basic Skills, Program Development and Online Services. The seminars were followed by round table, the sectional meetings and a presentation on the new ISU judging system.
