2. APPROVED the following final sanctions:

2009 U.S. Collegiate Figure Skating Championships, Philadelphia SC and HS, Philadelphia, Pa., July 31 – August 2, 2009 (13 yes, 2 absent)

2009 National Showcase, Broadmoor Skating Club, Colorado Springs, Colo. August 13 –15, 2009 (13 yes, 2 absent)

3. APPROVED that the 2010 Governing Council will be held at the Hilton Orange County hotel, Costa Mesa, Calif., April 28 to May 2, 2010. (13 yes, 2 absent)

4. APPROVED the recommendation of the International Judges and Officials Committee (IJOC) of the following individuals for the ISU World Exam (13 yes, 2 absent):
