Educational Skating Videos
The U.S. Figure Skating Adult Skating Committee has released a new educational resource material geared exclusively toward the adult skater. This series of instructional videos demonstrates the entire sequence of adult moves-in-the-field (MIF) tests from the adult pre-bronze to the adult gold level. Along with the video of each MIF, there are accompanying slides which instruct the skater and coach on the emphasis and goal for each specific MIF.

Adult Moves in the Field Tips and Common Errors - with Philip Dulebohn
This 4-1/2-minute video file explains some common errors and tips for improvement in the following moves:
