The U.S. Figure Skating Rulebook is the official publication for all the association's rules and bylaws. The online edition of the rulebook is the most current version and reflects all known corrections to the edited date indicated. Beginning with the 2013-14 edition of the rulebook, this publication will also contain all test diagrams and test information that was previously included in a separate publication. The rulebook can be viewed online, downloaded and printed from your personal computer or saved to a data storage device (i.e. thumb, jump, flash drive, etc.) for printing at your local copy center. The rulebook can also be accessed free of charge through the U.S. Figure Skating Publications App using IOS, Android and Kindle mobile devices; just click on "Resources" and download the rulebook to your mobile device. The 2013-14 Combined Report of Action is now available. This details all bylaw and rule changes made throughout the past year (May 6, 2013-May 3, 2014) by the Board of Directors and Governing Council. The applicable changes will be incorporated into the 2014-15 rulebook, which will be available as close to July 1 as possible. Click here to view the report.
