Welcome to U.S. Figure Skating media services. In this section of U.S. Figure Skating Online, members of the media will find numerous tools to assist their coverage of the sport of figure skating by using the navigation bar at left. The information includes news releases, media credential applications for U.S. Figure Skating events, media credential guidelines, an online photo bank and contact information. In addition, at right are useful links to other areas of the web site that contain valuable information about the 2009-10 U.S. Figure Skating National Team and the sport.

The 2009-10 season promises to be an exciting one for the U.S. Team, with much of the season serving as a build-up to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, Canada. Several members of Team USA competed at the last Olympic Games, in Torino, Italy, in 2006, and are once again aiming for a spot on one of the most prestigious podiums in all of sports.

The 2008-09 U.S. Figure Skating Media Guide is available; the 2009-10 version will be available in the late summer/early fall. If you are a working member of the media and would like to request a media guide, please e-mail Scottie Bibb, director of media and public relations, at sbibb@usfigureskating.org. Media guides are available for purchase by non-media for $30. Checks should be made payable to U.S. Figure Skating and mailed to U.S. Figure Skating, 20 First Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
